What does end of lease cleaning include?
Our end of lease clean covers all rooms, kitchen (including inside oven, rangehood filters, cupboards), bathrooms, toilets, laundry, windows (interior), doors, light switches, skirting boards and floors.
Do you offer a bond back guarantee?
Yes. If your property manager identifies any issues with our clean, we return to fix them at no extra cost within 72 hours of the inspection.
How far in advance should I book?
We'd suggest booking 3–5 days before your final inspection — that gives you the best availability and leaves time for touch-ups if needed.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Carpet steam cleaning is not included in the standard end of lease clean but can be added. Many leases require professional carpet cleaning for bond return.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most customers provide access instructions so we can complete the clean while you're moving or at work.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
It depends on size and condition — typically 4–8 hours for a standard 2–3 bedroom property.
What if I've already moved out?
That's fine. We can clean empty properties. In fact, it's often easier to clean a property that's already vacant.
Do you clean outside areas?
External areas like garages, balconies and courtyards can be added to your quote. Let us know what's required by your lease.
