Most rooms take 20–30 minutes. A typical 3-bedroom home is around 1–2 hours all up, including setup and pack-up.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Usually 2–4 hours depending on carpet type, humidity and airflow. Opening windows and running fans helps speed things up.
Can you remove all stains?
We get most stains out — food, drink, pet accidents, general dirt. Some old or really set-in stains may lighten but not disappear completely.
Is steam cleaning safe for all carpets?
It's safe for most carpet types. Our technicians assess each carpet and adjust their approach — delicate or specialty carpets may need an alternative method.
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
A quick vacuum helps but it's not essential — we can vacuum before steam cleaning as part of the service.
Can you clean upholstery and rugs too?
Absolutely! We do upholstery cleaning for sofas and chairs, plus rug cleaning for area rugs and specialty pieces. Just add them to your quote.
Do you move furniture?
We'll move light furniture like chairs and small tables. Heavier items like beds, wardrobes and large sofas should be moved beforehand, or we can clean around them.
Is carpet cleaning required for end of lease?
Many leases do require it — check your agreement. We provide receipts for your records so you're covered.
