Our regular clean refers to the standard whole clean that covers all areas and rooms in your home. Our deep cleaning services aren’t too different from our regular cleaning in terms of the scope of requirements that we cover.

However, our professional deep cleaning service is a more engaging cleaning service that requires extra effort and attention to detail. Professional deep cleaning is recommended if your house hasn’t been cleaned for some time or where the home isn’t being maintained on a regular basis.

There are instances where our customers select regular cleans when their homes, in fact, require a deep clean. If that’s the case, you can still opt into a deep cleaning services on the arrival of our cleaners at your premises.

All pricing changes will be communicated to you in advance.

We will send out the same cleaner to handle all your ongoing cleans. We place a strong focus on the trust that our clients develop with our cleaners over time and are always keen on preserving this. If we will be sending you a different cleaner to handle your cleans, we will inform you ahead of time.

It will be entirely up to you on whether to be present or not during the house clean. On our side, you only need to provide us with the key and any other relevant instructions on accessing your property and we will take it from there.
