Our deep and regular house cleaning entail the same checklist. However, deep cleaning is more deep cutting and needs extra attention, effort and time for sparkling surfaces.

We require our clients to choose the Deep Clean option if their home hasn’t been cleaned for the past month and if the home is not being maintained regularly.

If you did not select the Deep Clean option, we may add it on arrival of our cleaners, in case you need it. We make sure we call our clients before we make any alterations to the pricing.

This is absolutely possible. To cater for your ongoing house cleans, we will be sending out the same cleaner by default. We try as much as possible to allow the trust that you have developed with our cleaning team to flourish.

Should a need arise where we need to send a different cleaning team, we will notify you in advance.

Not necessarily. Once you have given our professional cleaning team precise instructions on how they can access your home, we can take it from there. Our clients typically prefer scheduling house cleans on workdays when they are out of their house. This is also desirable for them as they can return to a spotlessly clean house.

You can pay us using VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We accept credit cards as well as debit cards. You won’t pay any processing fees on our cleaning charges.

We, however, don’t accept payment options such as cash neither do we offer invoice payments.

We provide a stress-free process of rescheduling or cancelling your house cleans. Just be sure to notify us at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the cleaning in order to avoid paying a late cancellation fee.

With Calibre Cleaning, you can choose to simply have the common areas cleaned. Simply select our ‘hourly clean’ option in the checkout. We have a minimum of 2 hours for hourly clean. After picking this option, leave us a note in the instructions on what you want us to clean and let our team handle the rest.

If you aren’t sure of the hourly estimate, you can simply make a rough estimate based on the amount of time it typically takes you to complete the same job. We will adjust the booked time accordingly upon the completion of the cleaning task.

Our cleaners work with a detailed checklist and will stay in your home until every item on our checklist is completed to your satisfaction. We don’t normally rush our house cleaners; we allow them to work with care and attention to detail to give you the desired results.

As experienced house cleaners, we have our own top-notch equipment and cleaning products that we use to make your home shine.

However, if you have specific cleaning products and equipment that you’d prefer to have us use, you can simply drop us note in the instructions during checkout or in your account and remember to leave them out for our cleaners when they come to clean your house.

When you book your house cleaning with us, we will ask you to enter your credit card or debit card details. However, we will not charge your card until the cleaning job is completed to your satisfaction.
