House Cleaning

When will I be charged for my cleaning? You won't be charged until after your cleaning is completed. We only process payment once the job is done and you're happy with the result.

Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment? No — our cleaners come fully equipped with all the products and equipment needed to clean your home. If you have specific products you'd prefer us to use, just let us know.

What time will the cleaner arrive? You'll receive a confirmation with your scheduled time window. Our team will do their best to arrive within that window and will contact you if there are any changes.

End of Lease Cleaning

Do you offer a bond-back guarantee? Yes. If your property manager identifies any cleaning issues within 72 hours of our service, we'll come back and re-clean the affected areas at no extra charge. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for the full details.

What does an end of lease clean include? Our end of lease clean covers all areas required to meet real estate inspection standards, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Add-ons like carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning, and wall washing can be added to your booking.
