We’ve received your booking. You should have received an email with your bookings details. We will also give you a call to confirm your bookings.
Our customer service house are 8am – 6pm, 7 days a week.
When will I be charged for my clean?
We charge your card the day after your clean has been completed. For all new customers, we may place a hold on your card the day before your clean is scheduled, to ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.
Do I need to provide anything (e.g. cleaning products)?
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring all of our own cleaning products and equipment. Some customers prefer us to use their own products/equipment. That’s completely fine!

What time will you arrive on the day?
We’ll arrive during the the time frame that you chose in the booking form. This is a 1 hour window that we endeavour to meet. If there are any issues with arrival time, we will always contact you with as much time as possible to confirm.
End of Lease Cleaning
How does the bond back guarantee work?
Every end of lease clean that we perform comes with our bond back guarantee. This means if there are any areas that we’ve missed during the clean, we will come back at no extra cost to complete those areas.
You can provide us with your property manager’s contact details, and we’ll coordinate with them directly.
