What's included in a builders clean?
The works — removal of all construction dust and debris, cleaning every surface including inside cupboards, window cleaning, paint splatter and adhesive removal, floor cleaning, and full sanitisation of bathrooms and kitchens.
When should I book a builders clean?
Once all construction is done — painting, tiling, fixtures, the lot. Ideally 1–2 days before your handover or move-in date.
How long does a builders clean take?
A typical new build takes 1–2 days depending on size. A 3-bedroom house usually needs around 6–8 hours. Bigger or heavily soiled sites may take a bit longer.
Do you remove construction rubbish?
We'll take care of light debris and cleaning waste. Larger items like leftover materials, timber offcuts, or packaging should be cleared by the builder before we arrive.
Can you clean before final fix is complete?
For the best result, we recommend waiting until all work is done. That said, we can do a preliminary clean and come back for a final sparkle once everything's finished.
Do you clean exterior areas?
Our standard builders clean covers interior spaces. We can add exterior cleaning — driveways, paths, outdoor areas — for an additional fee.
What if there's still work happening on site?
We prefer to clean once all tradespeople have finished for the best results. If work's still ongoing, we can clean completed areas and come back for a final pass.
Do you provide certificates of completion?
Absolutely. We can provide documentation confirming the builders clean is done — handy for handover paperwork.
