I was so impressed with my cleaner that I have booked her on a permanent weekly basis. She was personable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She listened to what I required and was thorough and professional in approach.

Initially I was not happy that our regular cleaner Jack did not show up for the job, and that we had only one cleaner that took much longer doing the job alone....but the young man he sent instead managed to do a good job & our particular detail requests mentioned with Jack were all communicated to him and completed, so we are happy. It is really important to us that this is maintained and upheld each fortnight, we do prefer the same cleaner/cleaners for trust and relationship so hope that this is upheld moving forward and trust it was just this occasion that a change was required. It would have been nice to know in advance that our cleaner would be different on the day though. Thanks.
