Yes. If your Brisbane property manager flags anything cleaning-related at the final inspection, we come back and re-clean it free, as many times as it takes, until they sign off. That covers you for 7 days after your clean. If they still aren’t satisfied after we’ve re-cleaned, you don’t pay for the clean.
The full bond clean: kitchen (inside oven, rangehood filters, cupboards), bathrooms and toilets, laundry, interior windows and tracks, doors, light switches, skirting boards, walls spot-cleaned and floors. Everything is cleaned to the condition report your property manager inspects against.

Book 3 to 5 days before your final inspection if you can, for the best availability. If your moving plans change, we keep next-day and short-notice slots too.
Your bond is lodged with the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority). It’s released once your property manager signs off the condition report at your final inspection. We clean to that checklist so there’s nothing left for them to flag.
Turning up is the job. Your booking is confirmed in advance and we keep you updated on the day. If anything changes, you’ll hear from a manager, not an app notification.
It’s not included as standard, but we can add it on. Many Queensland leases require professional carpet steam cleaning for bond return, so it’s worth including.
