Every clean that we do is a whole house clean. You can also choose to include add-ons to your clean, such as inside the fridge, oven cleaning and carpet steam clean. Deep and regular cleans cover the same checklist. The deep cleaning requires more time, effort and attention. We require you to select the Deep Clean option if your home 1) has not been cleaned in the last month, or 2) your home is not being maintained on a regular basis. If not selected, it may be added on arrival (we will always call you before making any pricing changes).
Absolutely. By default, we assign the same cleaner to your home for all ongoing cleans. We respect the trust that is built between you and our cleaning team. If we need to send a different team, we will notify you beforehand.
It's up to you! As long as our cleaners have clear instructions on how to gain access into your home, we will take care of the rest. Many of our customers prefer to schedule their clean during the workday, so they can come home to a sparkling clean house.

    Tarragindi is a southside suburb of the city of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The suburb is represented on the Brisbane City Council through the Holland Park and Moorooka Park councilors. The suburb is bordered by the Southeast freeway and Toohey Forest.

    The western boundary is the eastern Ekbin Road and the streets skirting the Tarragindi Reservoir. Mayfield road and Prior Street mark the beginning of the southern limits of the suburb. The main part of the suburb lies in a valley flowing north-south, surrounded by ridges marked by Wellers Hills to the East and Tarragindi hill to the west.

    There is also a creek which has its source in Toohey Forest to the south and flows through the main part of Tarragindi. The name of the suburb was gotten from a native from the Loyalty Islands close to New Caledonia who was carried to Queensland in the late nineteenth century, people like that are called Kanakas, were a cheap source of labor for sugarcane production is gotten.
